Return & Refund Policy

We only accept return request in case:

      1- Item is damaged or defected
      2- Item is not as described
      3- You have got wrong item not the one you have ordered


Returns are not acceptable in case:

  • a- 2 or more days have passed after confirmed delivery.
  • b- Items are damaged due to client's negligence, for example in case of gold plated jewellery, its customer responsibility to make sure she/he keep it safe from water, perfume and other chemical.
  • c- Client feels that size is different than pictures, items are zoomed in photos to give exact details, actual size might vary. Although we try to mention as much as details as we can.


How to return?

For returns, if you are not satisfied with the products, contact us within a day to request refund, you have to pay for return shipping. We will refund within 48 hours of receiving products, either through easy paisa or bank transfer.
